Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter
We’re hiring a high-energy recruiter to help us grow our Loan Officer team.
Your job is simple: find talent, talk to them, and get them hired.
What You’ll Do
- Call, text, and email Mortgage Loan Officers and candidates
- Post jobs on Indeed and other platforms
- Screen resumes and do quick phone interviews
- Schedule interviews with our managers
- Keep track of candidates and follow up until they’re hired
What We’re Looking For
- Recruiting, sales, or mortgage experience (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable on the phone and sending texts
- Organized and great at following up
- Can juggle multiple candidates at once
- Fast-paced, motivated, and hungry to win
