Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle for residential construction projects, from contract through permit to completion, including warranty.
- Utilize Ai and Online Management Software to maintain timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with team to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget at the level of expectations agreed upon between client and team.
- Maintain expectations with owner/client with the goal in mind of remaining on the same page and obtaining a 5 star review for our services at project close out.
- Travel to job site, Manage Construction Schedule, verify scopes of work, Maintain secure job site, Maintain Clean job site, Maintain safety standards.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide weekly updates to Owner/Client And team.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including but not limited to following current buidling code and ordinance.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role in residential design/build construction project management
- Proven experience with cost plus project management, coordination with designer, architect, engineers and owner.
- Excellent Ai and communication skills utilizing business phone system and online management software, email, calling, text.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- National Association of Home Builders Designations are a plus.
