Medical Office Assistant
Location: Naturopathic Longevity Center – Beverly Hills, CA
Job Overview
Naturopathic Longevity Center is a leading naturopathic medical clinic dedicated to root-cause medicine, longevity, preventative healthcare, and advanced aesthetic treatments. We are seeking a warm, professional, highly organized, and motivated Medical Office Assistant to join our growing team.

Training will be provided in our clinical services, nutritional supplements, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and medical aesthetic treatments.
Responsibilities
Front Office & Patient Care
- Welcome and check in patients while creating a warm and professional environment.
- Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the clinic’s electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Coordinate practitioner schedules and assist with daily calendar management.
- Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Clinical Support
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments.
- Assist the physician with clinical procedures when needed.
- Measure and record vital signs.
- Perform blood draws (phlebotomy).
- Collect and process urine specimens.
- Prepare laboratory requisitions and coordinate specimen handling.
- Assist with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy patient preparation and monitoring (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas.
- Sterilize and prepare equipment according to clinic protocols.
Administrative Duties
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic medical records.
- Organize and manage medical documentation and filing.
- Order office and medical supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks (experience is an asset but not required).
- Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy.
- Support daily office operations and administrative projects.
Retail & Patient Education
- Educate patients on practitioner-recommended nutritional supplements and medical-grade skincare products.
- Assist patients in selecting appropriate products based on physician recommendations.
- Maintain retail inventory and merchandising displays.
- Support retail sales while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office, naturopathic clinic, wellness clinic, dental office, or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Medical Assistant certification is an asset.
- Phlebotomy experience is highly desirable.
- Experience obtaining vital signs and assisting with patient care is preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is an advantage.
- QuickBooks knowledge is considered an asset.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
