Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at PESTO Italian craft kitchen MV. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas that align with our commitment to quality and health. Your culinary expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area at all times.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new pizza offerings.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of pizza ingredients and communicate needs to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role in a restaurant environment.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for Italian cuisine.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and portion control.
