As our business continues to grow and we expand through strategic acquisitions, we've outgrown our current facility and are investing in both our team and our future. We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join us during this exciting period of growth.
This is an on-site position where you'll play a key role in supporting customers across multiple brands through phone, email, chat, and occasional walk-in interactions.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer emails and live chats.
- Assist customers with product questions, order status, returns, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns while providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Process customer payments and order updates accurately.
- Coordinate with our warehouse and vendors regarding shipments and order fulfillment.
- Document customer interactions and account notes within company systems.
- Escalate customer concerns when appropriate.
- Maintain a professional, organized work environment.
- Support other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound phone calls.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an inbound call center.
- Experience with eCommerce or order processing.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
- M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
