About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Precision CNC Mill Operator to join our production team, focusing on the creation of high-tolerance components for complex industries. You will leverage your expertise in multi-axis machining to drive manufacturing excellence, ensuring every part meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing production workflows.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling centers to deliver high-precision aerospace-grade components.

Drive quality assurance by performing detailed first-piece and final inspections using advanced metrology tools.

Optimize machining performance by calculating precise speeds, feeds, and tool offsets to maintain tight tolerances.

Collaborate with engineering and programming teams to streamline new product introductions and tool prove-outs.

Proactively troubleshoot mechanical and tooling challenges to minimize downtime and maximize output.

Maintain equipment reliability through routine preventative maintenance and rigorous adherence to safety standards.

Support organizational quality systems by maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 standards.

Mentor junior team members to elevate overall shop floor technical proficiency.
Qualifications-
8+ years of hands-on experience in CNC milling operations.

Advanced proficiency in setting up and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines.

Expertise in interpreting complex blueprints, operation sheets, and technical work instructions.

Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

2+ years of experience within the aerospace manufacturing sector.

Technical school certification or relevant vocational training.

Direct experience working within AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality environments.
