Bartz Viviano Flowers & Gifts is seeking a talented and passionate Floral Designer to join our creative team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who brings both skill and inspiration to their work and is excited to contribute to one of Toledo’s most well-known floral studios.
This position works out of our Secor Road location at 4505 Secor Rd.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Floral Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our design operations—creating custom arrangements that celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. We're looking for someone with strong design experience who is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create original floral designs that reflect the Bartz Viviano style and meet established brand guidelines.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of flower varieties, color palettes, seasonality, and floral care.
- Collaborate with the design team to execute event and daily floral orders on time and with high quality.
- Ensure accuracy in order details and monitor production flow.
- Provide exceptional service when interacting with clients or assisting with in-store consultations.
- Support team members with production needs, clean-up, and general shop upkeep.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous floral design experience is required (retail or event-based).
- A strong sense of color, proportion, and balance with a love for flowers and design.
- Positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Friendly, approachable, and eager to provide excellent customer service.
- Must be available weekend shifts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
