We are looking for reliable professionals who will:
✔ Provide individual counseling for personal issues and group guidance for life and social skills
✔ Teach classroom guidance lessons on topics like anti-bullying, empathy, and social-emotional development
✔ Intervene in crisis situations, including potential cases of neglect or abuse.
✔ Consult with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding students needs, attendance, and behavior issues
✔ Collaborate with other students, staff, and families to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth
You're qualified if you have:
✔ Bachelor's Degree and valid licensure in Social Work OR
Master's Degree in Education with a Valid Indiana license as a School Counselor
✔ Patience, empathy, and crisis-management skills
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
