Position Overview
Faraday Health is seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our clinic in Huntsville. This role is designed for a practitioner who excels in managing depression and anxiety through a mix of traditional and interventional care pathways. You will balance a steady caseload of medication management and psychotherapy with specialized evaluations and follow-ups for interventional services.
Schedule Requirement: Candidates must be able to be on-site at our Huntsville clinic at least on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Interventional Evaluations and Follow-Ups: Evaluate referrals for interventional services to determine patient suitability. Conduct monthly follow-up assessments for patients undergoing these therapies to monitor progress and clinical outcomes.
- Clinical Presence: Maintain a clinical presence on-site during Spravato (esketamine) administration sessions.
- Integrated Medication Management: While present for Spravato sessions, your primary focus will be providing medication management and psychotherapy for Faraday Health patients. This structure ensures high clinical efficiency while providing necessary site coverage.
- Practice Integration: If the provider maintains their own existing patient base, those appointments can be scheduled in dedicated blocks of time while being present for Spravato administration by the staff.
- Specialized Care: Deliver expert treatment specifically targeting depression and anxiety disorders for the Faraday Health patient population.
