We are a growing custom millwork and cabinetry shop in Racine County looking to add an experienced cabinetmaker to our team.
This is a hands-on shop role focused on high-quality custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. We are not a production line shop — we build detailed, custom projects that require skill and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Build and assemble custom cabinetry, casework, and architectural millwork to specification
- Interpret shop drawings and translate them into accurate, efficient builds
- Plan and execute build sequences to ensure tight tolerances and proper fit
- Set up and operate woodworking machinery (table saw, jointer, planer, shaper, etc.)
- Verify dimensions and adjust components as needed to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot fit, alignment, or material issues before final assembly
- Install hardware, drawer systems, and specialty components with precision
- Match grain, color, and material characteristics for a cohesive finished product
- Work with solid wood, veneer, and composite materials appropriately
- Support installation of finished millwork when required
Qualifications
- 3+ years cabinetmaking or custom millwork experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of woodworking machinery
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation (not on bus route)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Background check required
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
