Job Requirements:
-
Successful completion of a dental hygiene program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA).

Successfully pass the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE).
-
Certified in radiography.
-
1-year of experience as a licensed dental hygienist within the last two (2) years is required.

Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Dental Hygienist from any State.
