Conversion Interactive Agency is hiring a Product Enablement Lead to help our Product team scale more effectively.
This role will own product training, release communications, knowledge management, and front-line product support coordination. You will work across Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, and client-facing teams to make sure users are supported, internal teams are prepared, and launches run cleanly.
We are looking for someone who is organized, clear, practical, and strong at follow-through. You should be able to take complex product information and make it easy to understand, while also helping triage issues and improve the overall user experience.
What you will do
- Build and deliver product training for internal teams and end users
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, knowledge base content, and release notes
- Coordinate product-related questions, support issues, and common user needs
- Triage bugs, enhancement requests, and user issues to the right teams
- Support launch readiness and product communications
- Identify recurring support themes and turn them into useful feedback for Product
- Partner with Product Owners to improve product documentation and internal readiness
What you bring
- 1-3+ years of experience in product enablement, support, customer success, implementation, training, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating training materials and product documentation
- Strong organization, judgment, and attention to detail
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting SaaS, digital products, or platform-based solutions is a plus
- Experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimization/GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is a plus
