Talent Sourcing Specialist (Engineering & Technology) – Onsite | Duncan, SC

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll help identify and connect top engineering and IT professionals with innovative projects at leading companies across aerospace, manufacturing, automation, energy, and advanced technology.
You'll leverage AI-powered sourcing tools, data analytics, and market research to build talent pipelines, improve candidate matching, and help shape recruiting strategies. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of engineering disciplines—including mechanical, electrical, controls, software, manufacturing, automation, and systems engineering—while learning how technology is transforming talent acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Source and identify qualified engineering and IT professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and AI-powered sourcing platforms.
- Create compelling technical job postings that attract highly qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and evaluate technical qualifications against engineering and IT job requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate outreach through email, phone, and professional networking platforms.
- Partner with recruiters to identify the best talent for specialized technical positions.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI recruiting tools and technologies to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Analyze labor market trends, compensation data, and talent availability to support recruiting strategies.
- Develop creative sourcing campaigns and marketing insights that improve candidate attraction and employer branding.
- Recommend improvements to our talent database by organizing candidate information, enhancing search capabilities, and implementing best practices for data quality and talent segmentation.
- Help improve candidate matching by leveraging AI, Boolean search techniques, skills mapping, and data-driven insights.
- Track sourcing metrics and continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting performance and candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Degree or significant coursework in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or another technical field a plus.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new software, recruiting technologies, and AI applications quickly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Curiosity about engineering, technology, and how data can improve business decisions.
