Join Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Ramsey, MN as a Material Handler on our Weekend Shift. You'll keep production running by delivering materials, parts, and supplies safely, accurately, and on time.

What You'll Do
- Deliver materials, parts, and supplies to production areas safely, accurately, and on time
- Operate a forklift to move and stage materials
- Complete accurate inventory transactions
- Prioritize work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Report shortages or supply issues to your Supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support other production activities as needed
What We're Looking For
- Forklift experience preferred; must be willing to become forklift certified
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience a plus
- Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritize work with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills; able to complete inventory transactions accurately
- Effective English communication (reading, writing, speaking)
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to safety and quality
Physical Requirements
- Pass a visual acuity examination as required for the position
- Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Push and pull materials weighing up to 25 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequently bend, twist, reach overhead, and handle materials throughout the workday
- Operate a forklift for extended periods

Your base wage will be between the range noted above per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
