What You’ll Do:
- Own the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
- Prospect, pitch, and close high-value commercial roofing projects
- Build relationships with GC’s, architects, property managers, and decision-makers
- Conduct on-site assessments and work with estimators to deliver solutions
- Crush goals. Earn big. Repeat.
We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial sales (roofing or construction-related a huge plus)
- A true hunter mentality with the ability to self-generate leads
- Strong knowledge of the B2B sales process and long-cycle deals
- Solid understanding of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.) or willingness to learn fast
- Confidence, charisma, and follow-through
