Duties
- Review architectural drawings, electrical plans, and specifications to develop precise estimates for residential electrical installations.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather accurate data for estimation purposes.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to negotiate pricing, scope of work, and contract terms.
- Prepare comprehensive bid packages that include material costs, labor estimates, and schedule considerations.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, contracts, and project documentation for future reference and audits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on residential electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and electrical systems design.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts while maintaining quality standards.
- Solid understanding of construction management principles, contracts, and project management practices.
- Hands-on electrical experience or construction site experience to accurately assess scope and costs.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
