We’re looking for an energetic, fun, and fitness-focused team member who loves helping people feel their best join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, keeps things organized, and is confident recommending and upselling wellness services and memberships.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients with a positive, high-energy attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins/check-outs
- Recommend IV therapies, injections, and memberships based on client needs
- Support daily spa operations and keep the space clean and organized
- Assist the medical team and handle basic admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness
- Comfortable talking about services and driving sales through upselling
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Sales or spa/fitness experience is a plus (not required)
This is a hourly position with ability to earn additional pay through commissions.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
