NOW HIRING – Heavy Equipment Operator (CDL Class A Required)
Complete Land Management is looking for a motivated, dependable equipment operator to join our team. We specialize in forestry mulching, land clearing, and site preparation. If you take pride in your work, care about safety, and enjoy running heavy equipment, we want to hear from you.
Position Details
- Full-time W-2 position
- Local work (home most nights)
- Average 50+ hour work week (weather permitting)
- Typical schedule: 5-6 days per week
- 8-12 hour work days
CDL Requirement
- Valid CDL Class A required
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment, including:
- Forestry Mulchers
- Excavators (with and without mulching attachments)
- Dozers
Daily work includes:
- Forestry mulching
- Land clearing and grubbing
- Rough grading and basic dirt work
- Chainsaw operation
- Daily equipment inspections
- Preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs
- Keeping equipment clean and job-site ready
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail
- Solid work ethic with dependable attendance
- Comfortable working around highways, power lines, utilities, and other critical infrastructure
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
