Required Qualifications & Skills
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays for extended periods
- Must meet all state and local requirements for serving alcohol
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, attentive service throughout each guest's dining experience
- Greet guests, explain menu items, and make food and beverage recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy
- Check guests' identification when serving alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and dining section
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
- Process guest payments accurately
- Work closely with kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned
