**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team for our Chevron/Extra Mile store. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, knowledge in gas station operations, retail management, possess strong leadership skills, excel in organizational tasks and providing excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining the daily operations of the business, oversight of employees, reporting to the office, customer service/sales and promoting specials.
**Experience:**
- REQUIREMENT: Must have management experience
- PLUS: Previous experience in gas station businesses, management and bilingual
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- Sales experience for promoting specials
- Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Site ordering through vendors
- Complete paperwork
- Supervise employees
