Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Write repair orders and communicate with technicians
- Review recommended maintenance and repairs with customers
- Keep customers updated throughout the service process
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Help maintain a positive and productive service drive
- Work as part of a team committed to excellent customer service
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers and technology
Automotive service experience is a plus
Customer service or sales experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license required
