Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Med Spa Manager/Sales professional to lead our dynamic team and drive exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure the highest standards of service, and actively promote our wide range of aesthetic treatments and skincare products. Your enthusiasm for beauty and wellness, combined with strong leadership and sales skills, will help elevate our med spa to new heights. The position will start in our Oxnard location and then we will be moving to our Thousand Oaks location once the store build out is complete. The position will start out with 2-3 days a week and then be 4-5 days a week once we move to new location.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Lead, motivate, and train staff in treatment techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement
- Promote and sell aesthetic treatments such as laser treatments, injectables, PDO threads, IV therapy,
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare lines and retail products
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client retention and positive reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience with laser treatments and other aesthetics treatments we offer
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols within a med spa setting
- Experience in retail sales with the ability to upsell treatments and products effectively
- Ability to lead a team confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
