Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility (Bronx, NY)

- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Deliver treatments in accordance with established care plans and clinical guidelines
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies, regulatory standards, and patient confidentiality requirements
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate regularly with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and treatment updates
- Educate patients and caregivers as appropriate to support functional improvement and safety
- Ensure safe and effective treatment practices while monitoring patient response and engagement
- Valid New York Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred
- Familiarity with Rehab Optima / Net Health preferred
