The Director of Clinic Operations-Digital Health under the supervision of the AVP, Technology and Digital Transformation, is responsible for providing overall leadership and management to Tulane University's School of Medicine - Clinical Services’ Virtual Urgent Care and Virtual Mental Health operations. This position will also assist in the marketing, growth, and development of current and new products and services. The Director of Clinic Operations-Digital Health is responsible and accountable for assisting and coordinating with other stakeholders to build departmental and business strategies as it relates to product development, regulatory and compliance adherence, financial viability of current services as well as operational excellence. This role will also assist with policy and procedure, auditing, release of information, quality improvement activities, training and input on strategic planning with the Clinical Services leadership team. This individual is responsible for providing high level decision making to manage daily functions and work toward continuous improvement in a team environment is a crucial element of this position.
Pay: $76,000.00 - $111,000.00 per year
