We are not looking for someone who wants to punch a clock, do the minimum, and disappear at 4:30.
We are looking for the installer who takes pride in difficult work. The person who wants to become better, earn more, take on bigger projects, and build a real career—not just collect another paycheck.
At ICS, you will be challenged. You will work on advanced residential and light-commercial systems that many contractors are not qualified to touch. You will be expected to think, communicate, lead your apprentice, solve problems, and take ownership of the finished product.
Some days will be demanding. Some projects will test your skills. Occasionally, staying late to finish the job correctly will be part of being a professional. In return, you will receive training, support, opportunity, and a clear path to advance.

- Need to be constantly reminded to do your job.
- Blame the equipment, the apprentice, the office, or the customer when something goes wrong.
- Think “good enough” is an acceptable standard.
- Have no interest in learning new technology.
- Want top-level pay without top-level performance.
