Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting daily specials and upselling opportunities
- Take accurate breakfast orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Manage guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing questions, and accommodating special requests
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation when needed, adhering to sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities, while maintaining a positive guest experience
