Barnett Kia in White Bear Lake is looking for an experienced service advisor.
This is a unique chance to become part of a family-owned and operated dealership with more than 70 years of serving our community and a great non-corporate work environment. You'll also be working in our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, designed to support continued growth with expanded capacity for technicians and increasing customer demand. Combined with the continued strength of the Kia brand, the future has never looked brighter.
Hours will be during the daytime Monday-Friday as we are closed nights and weekends.
Successful applicants must have prior automotive service writer experience in a franchised dealership, be self-motivated, detailed and well organized, with good verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
- Proven prior experience as an automotive service advisor in a franchised dealership
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer satisfaction focused and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
