Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and office management tasks with precision.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, spreadsheets, and document proofreading using productivity software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Support front desk operations by handling phone etiquette, and directing clients to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and enhance overall customer support quality.
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls warmly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, booking appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Dispatching & Logistics: Coordinate and dispatch field technicians to service calls efficiently, optimizing schedules to maximize daily job profitability.
- Data Entry & Workflow Tracking: Maintain accurate customer records, update job files, and process service requests using company software.
- Communication: Act as the primary liaison between customers and field technicians, providing real-time updates regarding arrival times or scope adjustments.
- Administrative Support: Assist with billing inquiries, follow up on open estimates, and help manage digital project folders and files.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, dispatch, or administrative office role (experience in an electrical service company is a major plus).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern office platforms, cloud storage (like Google Drive, Sharedrive), and CRM/field management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, FieldPulse, or similar tools).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polite, professional phone demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet, handle high-volume call periods calmly, and resolve scheduling puzzles efficiently.
- Organization: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills for managing customer files and notes.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
