Licensed Massage Therapist – Clinical Wellness Setting
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and clinically experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team in a collaborative healthcare environment. This position is ideal for a therapist who is confident in clinical massage techniques, understands functional anatomy, and can perform thoughtful assessments to create effective and efficient treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Our practice works closely with Physical Therapists and Chiropractors, and cross-referrals are a key part of our integrated approach to patient care. The ideal candidate values communication and collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals to help support long-term client outcomes and continuity of care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical massage therapy services focused on pain relief, recovery, mobility, and overall wellness
- Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and other shared practitioners regarding client progress and future care recommendations
- Maintain accurate and professional client documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism
- Create a welcoming, supportive, and client-centered environment
Qualifications:
- Active Massage Therapy License in good standing
- Strong background in clinical and therapeutic massage techniques
- Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
- Experience working in a medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, or wellness setting preferred

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
