We're looking for an Operations Manager who wants to help build an organization that is operationally excellent, financially disciplined, and known for outstanding client care.
This is not a traditional office management position. This is a leadership role responsible for helping turn the CEO's vision into daily operational execution.
As Operations Manager, you will serve as the CEO's strategic operational partner.
Your responsibility is to ensure that our leaders have the structure, resources, accountability, and support needed to consistently deliver exceptional service while positioning the organization for sustainable growth.
You will oversee the operational health of the company and help ensure that important priorities don't get lost in the demands of daily operations.
You will monitor the overall health of the organization by reviewing key performance indicators, identifying operational trends, and helping department leaders achieve measurable results.

You'll work directly with department leaders to ensure they understand their responsibilities, execute their priorities, and remain accountable for agreed-upon outcomes.

You will help move strategic initiatives from planning to completion by coordinating projects across departments, monitoring progress, and ensuring organizational priorities continue moving forward.
Working closely with the CEO, you will oversee the operational side of the business, including:
Financial reporting
Budget monitoring
Payroll coordination
Contracts
Vendor relationships
Licenses and renewals
Operational compliance
Policy implementation
You will help identify operational risks before they become major problems by reviewing trends involving:
Client complaints
Incident reports
Staff turnover
Operational bottlenecks
Compliance concerns
Quality indicators
One of your most important responsibilities is increasing the CEO's ability to focus on growth, partnerships, and long-term strategy.
You will accomplish this by:
Following up on delegated initiatives
Coordinating leadership activities
Preparing operational reports
Tracking organizational priorities
Anticipating issues before they require executive intervention
Serving as a trusted thought partner in operational decision-making
Within your first year:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent leadership experience)
Leadership experience in healthcare, home care, human services, or another service-oriented organization
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong financial and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Experience using data to improve operational performance
Ability to build positive relationships across all levels of an organization
