Our company is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our sales team within our wireless division. This Entry Level Sales Representative role focuses on working directly with customers, assisting with wireless product inquiries, and completing sales transactions. The Entry Level Sales Representative helps support daily sales activity while ensuring customers receive clear information about available wireless services and devices.

Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Work with customers directly to assist them with AT&T wireless services
- Process sales orders for customers daily
- Oversee sales activity and ensure performance standards are met
- Coach and support team members on sales techniques and customer engagement
- Monitor individual and team sales metrics to drive improvement
- Stay up to date on all services provided, upgrades and promotions to be knowledgeable in this role
- Maintain professionalism and accountability across the sales team
Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Leadership mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Experience or interest in sales, customer service, management and/or team development
- Ability to balance customer service based role and sales with leadership and management duties
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort working in performance-driven, commission-influenced roles

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
