Job Description
- Answer all property management calls and direct accordingly
- Respond to emails and take care of urgent matters as they come in
- Create work orders and oversee all property repairs/maintenance
- Schedule work between owners, vendors and tenants
- File and organize property management and accounting paperwork
- Miscellaneous administrative duties
- Type correspondence
