About Bloom Ranch
Bloom Ranch is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. This is an on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a dynamic ranch and hospitality environment.
The Store Associate will play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience while supporting the daily operations of the Bloom Ranch store.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store.
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service and respond to customer questions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, including cashiering and accurate cash handling.
- Process customer transactions accurately and professionally.
- Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about product features, uses, and benefits.
- Use appropriate upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, arranging products, and stocking shelves appropriately.
- Monitor product availability and communicate inventory needs to management.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, packaging, and replenishing merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries by phone and in person with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
- Support Bloom Ranch events, tours, and other ranch activities as needed.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Bloom Ranch team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail sales, grocery, hospitality, or a related customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus and may be helpful when serving a broader customer base.
- Familiarity with merchandising principles, product displays, and stocking procedures is advantageous.
- Experience with product demonstrations and upselling techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during special events as needed.
- Ability to remain active throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting merchandise as required.
- Comfortable working and living in an on-site ranch environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $19.00–$25.00 per hour
