Responsibilities
Provide patient care under supervision, including basic assessments and documentation.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising clinician promptly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety protocols.
Adhere to regulatory and workplace policies, including patient privacy and confidentiality.
Maintain accurate electronic health records with timely, compliant data entry.
Follow infection control procedures and ensure a clean, safe care environment.
Set personal performance goals and contribute to performance metrics and targets.
Coordinate with the care team to ensure seamless patient handoffs and continuity of care.
Engage in ongoing learning and skill development aligned with growth goals.
Assist in basic triage and prioritization based on patient needs and urgency.
Support quality improvement initiatives by providing accurate data and feedback.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license current and in good standing.
Provide patient care under supervision with basic assessments and documentation.
Administer medications and treatments per orders, following safety protocols.
Accurate electronic health record (EHR) data entry and timely charting.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to supervising clinician.
Adhere to infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Coordinate care with the team for seamless handoffs and continuity of care.
Engage in ongoing learning and skill development aligned with growth goals.
Support quality improvement initiatives with accurate data and feedback.
Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
