Terrazas at Lyfe is seeking a friendly, polished, and professional Hostess to be the welcoming face of our rooftop dining experience. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment while creating a warm first impression for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
- Maintain an organized flow of the dining room to support service staff
- Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff regarding seating and guest needs
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and keep guests informed
- Ensure the hostess stand, entrance, and waiting areas remain clean and presentable
- Assist with special guest requests and help create an exceptional dining experience
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
- Bi-lingual a must

Pay: $21.40 - $25.77 per hour
