As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the dietary department and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality food and beverage services. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and nutritious environment, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Responsibilities:
Manage the dietary department, including supervising dietary aides, cooks, and other support staff
Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients, ensuring compliance with hospital regulations and standards
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized dietary plans for patients
Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Registered Dietitian (RD)
