Aram Counseling and Wellness Center is a well-established, multi-specialty mental health & Substance use group private practice with four locations across Virginia: Leesburg, Alexandria, Herndon, and Harrisonburg. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virginia Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our collaborative team in Harrisonburg.
Position Overview:
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Aram Counseling & Wellness Center, you will work in a supportive outpatient setting alongside a team of experienced mental health clinicians and two other skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
You will be responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments and providing ongoing psychopharmacological management to a diverse client population. This is a hybrid position, with in-person services provided at our Harrisonburg office and the flexibility to offer telehealth services from home.
Requirements:
- Active PMHNP-BC license in Virginia
- Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
