The Data Center Superintendent will be responsible for:

Supervise all aspects of data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning, ensuring alignment with plans, specifications, and client expectations

Lead coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines

Develop and manage detailed project schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to avoid delays

Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting to ensure projects remain within scope and profitability targets

Monitor daily on-site activities, providing direction to field teams and resolving issues in real time to maintain progress

Ensure all construction activities meet strict quality standards, contract documents, and regulatory requirements

Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution

Prepare and present regular project status reports, including progress updates, financials, and risk assessments to stakeholders

Foster strong communication across all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal leadership

Lead project meetings (OAC, subcontractor, safety) to drive accountability and alignment across teams

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall project delivery

Enforce safety protocols and company policies, conducting regular site walks and audits to maintain a safe work environment

Support commissioning and turnover processes, ensuring successful project closeout and client satisfaction

Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to repeat business and long-term partnership
