Amarillo Machinery Company is now hiring Parts personnel. We are a dealer of several manufacturers and a rental company for many brands of construction and aerial equipment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a parts facility preferably within the construction/heavy equipment industry
- Demonstrate competency in the ability to locate correct parts information for all customers in a timely manner
- Basic understanding of heavy equipment a plus
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner
- Manage inventory levels and understand manufacturer programs for ordering inventory to maximize the utilization and minimize the cost of the department
- Intermediate level computer skills with working knowledge of: Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be organized and manage time efficiently
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Safe work habits and history; must pass physical and have clean drug screen.
- Exceptional customer service as well as communication skills are essential to success in this position.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in the following product lines: Hitachi, Mustang, JLG, Genie, Linkbelt, Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, New Holland are a plus.
