Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) – Per Diem / Part-TimeOpportunity to Grow Into Full-Time
I am looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join my growing private practice team at Nourish Flourish Nutrition! My practice is rooted in a Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned approach and specializes heavily in eating disorder counseling, though I welcome dietitians with a variety of clinical interests and specialties.
Eating disorder experience is strongly preferred, but not required. The most important qualities are empathy, collaboration, and a passion for helping clients build healthier relationships with food and their bodies.
This position will begin as per diem/part-time with the goal of growing into a full-time role as your caseload builds. My practice has experienced rapid growth, and my current caseload is overflowing, so I’m excited to bring on another RD to grow alongside me! (For reference, I built a full caseload in about 6 months, though timelines can vary.)
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nutrition counseling and support to clients
- Assess clients’ nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to support comprehensive patient care
- Educate clients on nutrition, intuitive eating, healthy lifestyle habits, and behavior change
- Monitor client progress and adjust nutrition interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Stay current with emerging research and evidence-based nutrition practices
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong counseling and communication skills
- Passion for patient-centered, weight-inclusive care
- Experience or interest in eating disorder treatment preferred
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a supportive team environment
Compensation
- Competitive pay structure with negotiable rates
- Higher compensation rate for direct patient care sessions
- Separate administrative rate ($25/hour) for non-clinical tasks
