Recruitment Number 25-236TO, Attorney (Program) I, SR-24 Step D to Step L ($6,221 to $8,517 per month, effective July 1, 2026)*, Kauai.

This position requires a current and valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES This Attorney position is responsible for providing legal advice, guidance, recommendations and technical support services to the Chief Court Administrator, Chief Judge, Judges and administrators of the Fifth Circuit Court. The position also may assist with handling the mortgage foreclosure and other specific case types under the Fifth Circuit's jurisdiction; and provide staff specialist services to the Chief Court Administrator which supports the initiatives of the Judiciary, the Fifth Circuit's court operations and programs; and performs other related duties as assigned.
