As we grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Assembler.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling products or parts in accordance with company standards and engineering drawings, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components or products using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions to ensure products meet specifications.
- Inspect and test finished products for quality and functionality.
- Identify and report defective materials or components.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs as required.
- Package and label finished products for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and comply with safety procedures.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and product quality.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50-80 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical.
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
Required:
- Safety Quiz with a passing score of 80% or more.
- Company Assessment Test.
- Signed and Returned company form of "WHO WE ARE!"
Work Environment:
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud noises, dust, and variable temperatures.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Fast-paced warehouse setting.
- May require occasional overtime.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Experience with lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
- Forklift or pallet jack certification.
- Basic computer or ERP system knowledge

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
