The Schultz Insurance Group is a fast-paced Independent Insurance agency seeking to add another Customer Service Representative to our dynamic sales team. Compensation & Benefits:
-Total Compensation $50,000 to $80,000 based on prior experience and achievements-
-Unlimited commission structure-
-Quarterly Growth Bonuses-

-Bonuses include both domestic and international travel for achieving Company goals-
Professional Responsibilities:
- Review policy renewal list and identify households for review
- Assist clients with services like taking payments and processing policy changes
- Remarket current clients to our several insurance carriers to find lower premiums
- Contact prior customers and manage process to earn back business
- Accurately prepare forms and applications when required
- Maintain timely, consistent follow-up with customers and potential clients
