Job Summary:
Lead and oversee stick pack manufacturing and packaging operations within a dietary supplement facility. Responsible for managing all aspects of stick pack production, including team development, accountability, and talent acquisition. Ensure products meet or exceed company quality standards and comply with SOPs and cGMP requirements. Develop, review, and maintain stick pack-specific procedures and production work instructions. Monitor area performance, equipment efficiency, and production schedules to ensure timely output. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement improvements, and communicate critical information to support groups and Facility Leadership.
