Responsibilities
. Manage the day-to-day operation of this facility, which may include work direction of up to 2 process technicians
. Understand and maintain specialized equipment, including photo imageable mask application, imager, etching, plating, laser singulation, and lamination.
. Understand and provide chemical analysis of etchants and plating solutions as needed
. Work with other team members in the development of new products
. Oversee waste treatment
Qualifications
. Chemical analysis as it pertains to PCB manfacturing
. CAD/CAM - Tooling (Front End)
. Waste Treatment Oversight
. Lamination Support
. Laser Cutting Support
. Drilling Support
. Chemical Bath Maintenance
. Equipment Support
. Design Support
. Industrial Waste Compliance Officer
. Hazardous Material Handling
. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience in sales or administrative support is highly desired.
. Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Multi-tasking, deadline driven, self-starter with attention to detail.
. Must be a professional and a proven team player with both internal and external customer focus.
. While not a core responsibility, familiarity with international shipping requirements is a plus.
