Position Overview
Serenity Home Transformations is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and business partners.
This position plays a critical role in keeping our office running smoothly by answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting customers, maintaining files, and supporting our sales and production teams.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in staying organized and professional.
Primary Objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call and interaction
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized customer files and office records
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Help create a positive experience for customers and team members
- Ensure all incoming inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule sales appointments and customer meetings
- Confirm appointments and update calendars
- Greet customers, vendors, and visitors professionally
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Enter customer information into company software and databases
- Assist with data entry and administrative projects
- Monitor and respond to emails as assigned
- Support office staff, project managers, and ownership with administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Represent Serenity Home Transformations professionally at all times
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office experience
- Experience scheduling appointments
- Experience working with CRM software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
