What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document observations and/or actions taken.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or policy-related concerns.

Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and help to report unauthorized persons, restricted area concerns, and/or other security-related issues.

Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and helping to address customer service needs, operational disruptions, and/or emergency situations.
Minimum Requirements:

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
