Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight
Assess residents and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Support and supervise nursing assistants and LPNs
Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
Help drive positive clinical outcomes and exceptional customer service
Active Colorado RN License
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
Dependable and team-oriented mindset
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Competitive pay: $45–$55 per hour

We are currently hiring for Day Shift Registered Nurses, with opportunities available seven days per week.
Shift is 6am-6pm
