WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You will work directly with homeowners to create interest in residential solar and generate opportunities for our Solar Consultants. This is an in-person, face-to-face role focused on professional communication and relationship building, where you will:
- Connect with homeowners and introduce residential solar solutions.
- Identify interest and qualify potential opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants.
- Track activity and work toward weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Train regularly alongside experienced teammates and leaders.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First 90 Days: $5,000-$8,000 per month through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission.
Consistent Performers: $6,500-$10,000+ per month.
Top Earners: $100,000+ annually.
Career Growth: Sales Development Representative to Team Lead to Director in Training to Director.
