Stocking, Receiving & Merchandising Associate

Learning Express Toys & Gifts is looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking team member to join our store as a Stocking, Receiving & Merchandising Associate. This is a hands-on position focused on keeping our store well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack incoming shipments.
- Organize, sort, and process merchandise efficiently.
- Stock shelves and replenish products throughout the store.
- Create attractive product displays that are organized, full, and easy to shop.
- Follow merchandising standards and maintain the overall appearance of the sales floor.
- Rotate and organize backstock.
- Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with seasonal floor sets, promotions, and new product launches.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform general cleaning and store upkeep as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while staying productive.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous retail, stocking, warehouse, or merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday availability preferred.
- Early morning availability required for shipment processing.
- Occasional evening shifts may be needed during busy seasons or special events.
